Theresa has been an insurance regulatory and compliance analyst for 23 years. Her duties include performing insurance company licensing, including UCAA primary, expansion, and corporate amendment applications and handling nationwide agency, agent, adjuster, and surplus lines broker licensing and renewals. Theresa also handles product approval filings for L&H and P&C insurance companies via SERFF; alien surplus lines insurer renewal and annual filings in the U.S. as well as Latin America through local counsel in various countries; third-party administrator renewals and annual report filings in all required states; life settlement broker and provider applications; Risk Purchasing Group applications and annual filings; and reinsurance intermediary applications and renewal.
