Pennsylvania Adopts NAIC Model Bulletin on the Use of Artificial Intelligence by Insurers

On Saturday, April 6, 2024, Pennsylvania adopted 54 Pa.B. 1910 based upon the NAIC Model Bulletin on the Use of Artificial Intelligence Systems by Insurers; Notice 2024-04. Pennsylvania joins Alaska, Connecticut, Illinois, New Hampshire, Nevada, Rhode Island and Vermont in adopting guidance based upon the NAIC AI Model Act.
