Colorado: Effective July 22, the Colorado Division of Insurance issued Emergency Regulation 20-E-10 to require insurance companies to waive their policy restrictions in order for employees to continue to work while using their own personal automobile for commercial food delivery.
Oregon: On July 22, the Oregon Consumer and Business Services /Division of Financial Regulation extended the Order directing all insurers to institute grace periods for premium payment, suspends cancellations and nonrenewals, and provides other specified relief to Oregon insureds. The Order is extended until July 31, 2020.
