Health Insurance
Washington: On August 28, Commissioner Kreidler extended two emergency orders until Sept. 27, 2020. Specifically, Order 20-01, requiring health insurers to waive copays and deductibles for any consumer requiring testing for coronavirus (COVID-19), and Order 20-06, protecting consumers from receiving surprise bills for lab fees related to medically-necessary diagnostic testing for COVID-19 are both extended.
