Arturo Rodriguez, president of ARCA, reportedly commented that the proposed bill is completed and should be presented in the coming days. In response to concerns about potential affordability to average citizens, Mr. Rodriguez reportedly noted that the industry has addressed the issue and certain insurers offer third-party liability policies for less than one thousand pesos per year (approximately US $71).
