A recent report by consulting firm Consensus Forecasts predicts that Peru and Chile will experience the greatest economic growth among Latin American countries between now and the end of 2010.  The Peruvian economy is predicted to grow by 4.9% in 2010, while the Chilean economy is predicted to grow by 3.3% in 2010.  More specifically, Peruvian GDP is expected to grow by 4.6% in 2009 and another 5.2% in 2010.

The report also predicts the following growth for other Latin American countries in 2010: Panama (2.1%, after 2.3% growth this year), Colombia (1.4%), Brazil (1.1%), Chile (0.7%) and Argentina (0.2%).
