Today is the sixth-month anniversary of the launch of InsureReinsure.com and we want to thank all of you for your readership and support.
InsureReinsure.com is fast becoming a one-stop resource for those in the insurance industry to learn about important insurance and reinsurance developments. We are very proud of all that we have accomplished over the last six months. A top-ranked insurance industry law blog, InsureReinsure.com has been recognized at a preeminent legal marketing symposium, and is featured on LexisNexis’ Insurance Law Center as a resource for the timely review and analysis of issues in the insurance industry. We have received great feedback from many of you and we are happy to hear that you are coming to rely on us for industry information.
Now that we are six months old, it is time for us to move into the next stage of development. We are proud to announce exciting changes coming soon to InsureReinsure.com. Effective January 1, Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge is merging with the London-based law firm of Kendall Freeman (as we announced here) and this will allow us to increase the depth of our blog posts, making InsureReinsure.com an even better resource to those of us in the industry. As of January 1, InsureReinsure.com will not only be covering developments in the United States, but also in the United Kingdom, Bermuda, Hong Kong, and generally in the European Union. We are very excited about these additions and hope that you continue to look to us as a resource for information on industry information and developments.
