Locke Lord to Co-Sponsor Term Sheet Workshop

The Firm will co-sponsor “Take It or Leave It: Live Term Sheet Negotiation from Both Sides of the Table” with the Hartford InsurTech Hub at the Spotlight Theater in Hartford, CT on March 28^th. The event will feature a panel discussion and workshop on the ins-and-outs of Term Sheets with a focus on the InsurTech industry. Both startups and investors will be interested in this dynamic program. Locke Lord partners Alan Levin, Julie Mahaney and Kathleen Swan will participate in the mock negotiation/panel discussion.
