Idaho:  On August 26, Idaho House Bill 6, which provides broad immunity from civil liability, passed during the special session.  The bill provides broad-based immunity from damages or injury to exposure of COVID-19 and applies to individuals, corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, trusts, associations, churches and religious organizations, school districts, colleges and universities, and local government units.  It does not provide immunity from civil liability to public health districts, state government agencies, federal government agencies and foreign governments, or those who act with willful or reckless misconduct.  The bill will become law upon signature from the Governor.
